Cancellation Policy

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will have entered processing and changes may not be possible.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will be refunded within 7 business days. After 24 hours, the order is considered final.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

If, after giving LuneLash a fair try for 14 days, you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of your purchase date.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, contact us via the Contact Us page or email hello@lunelash.com. Include your Order Number, or the Name and Email used to place the order for faster processing.

Damaged Items

We package orders with care. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging (e.g., a dented box) with an intact product is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@lunelash.com with a clear photo of the damage.

Eligible damaged items will be replaced at no cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through misuse, normal wear and tear, or normal use.

Shipping & Delivery

We work to ship quickly, but delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control may occur.

LuneLash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the courier. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If we are not notified of an address error within 24 hours of purchase, we cannot resend or refund the order.
